4. Jay (the Blue Ninja, Master of Lightning)

Bottom row (from left to right):

1. Lloyd Garmadon (the Green Ninja, the legendary leader, Master of Energy)
2. Another Red Ninja (This could be an alternative outfit for Kai, or sometimes Nya, the Master of Water, has appeared in red or maroon.)
3. Cole (the Black Ninja, Master of Earth)
4. Sensei Wu (also known as Master Wu, the wise mentor to the ninja team)
