Minifigure – Sumpfmuster 43 44 Marsh or “Tan/Water” camouflage German infantryman or rifleman from World War II (LEGO Compatible)

This image features a custom building block minifigure portraying a standard German infantryman or rifleman from World War II. The figure is dressed in a common late-war camouflage uniform and armed with the standard-issue rifle of the German army.

The soldier’s uniform and Stahlhelm (steel helmet) are decorated in the Sumpfmuster 43/44 camouflage, also known as the Marsh or “Tan/Water” Pattern. This pattern is characterized by its soft, blurred patches of green and brown on a tan background, overlaid with vertical, rain-like streaks. The printed detail on the torso, also shown in the inset picture, includes the soldier’s combat equipment, such as black leather Y-straps and a belt with three-section ammunition pouches designed to hold clips of rifle rounds. A bread bag strap is also visible slung over the shoulder.

The weapon the soldier is holding is a detailed miniature of the Karabiner 98k rifle, often abbreviated as Kar98k or K98k. This was the primary bolt-action service rifle used by the German Wehrmacht throughout the war. The toy replica is very well-detailed, showing the wooden stock, the bolt mechanism, the barrel, and the front sight. The vertical line to the right of the figure indicates its height is 4cm.
