Introduction
This image shows a pair of custom building block minifigures representing a German Army (Heer) Field Marshal and a Colonel General from World War II.
The figure on the left is a Generalfeldmarschall (Field Marshal). He is wearing a dark green officer’s dress uniform with grey trousers that have a red stripe down the side. His tunic is heavily decorated with medals, including the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross at his neck, the German Cross in Gold, the Iron Cross First Class, and a full ribbon bar. He has the ornate, red-backed Generalfeldmarschall’s collar tabs and a golden aiguillette (ceremonial cord).
The figure on the right is a Generaloberst (Colonel General), likely a Panzer (armored) commander. He is wearing a custom dark green version of the panzer wrap uniform, which is a double-breasted jacket. The jacket is distinguished by the bright red lapels of a General’s rank. He is also wearing the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross and the Iron Cross First Class. Both figures wear grey officer’s visor caps with golden army eagles and have heads printed with stern expressions and mustaches.
