It has a pale face with green eyes and some dark markings or tattoos on its torso. The figure is wearing a white hood.
A prominent feature is the set of multiple white wings attached to its back, arranged in a fanned-out display. There appear to be eight wings in total.
The minifigure is holding a large sword. The sword has a silver blade with gold accents on the hilt and crossguard.
The figure is elevated on a translucent black and grey swirling element, possibly representing smoke, clouds, or magical energy.
The background consists of a dark, granular surface, similar to the previous image, and grey, rocky formations.
Therefore, the character is an Eight-Winged Holy Sword Angel, and it is very likely intended to represent or is inspired by Avacyn.

I am overall happy with the figure however, the clasp strength of the feet todo to legs and head to neck holes are basically non existent making the figure difficult to work with as the head torso and feet come free with barely any pressure; tightening those holes in manufacture would certainly be beneficial. Aesthetically the figure is fantastic, I would strongly advise changing the backpack, 1×1 four stud block and T post for white variants rather than black. The block needs to be canted 45 degrees to achieve the assembly which can interfere with the hood.
