💳 Production & Shipping Policy

• Batch Requirement: This listing is for a production run of 10 identical figures. It is the most cost-effective way to launch your creator merch or equip your team.

• Prerequisite: To start production, you must have a completed design from our “Step 1: Digital Design Service” or provide a professional-grade vector file.

• Payment: The production fee ($200) is due after you have officially approved your digital design proof.

• Timeline: Once payment is received, physical production takes 10 to 20 days.

• Address Confirmation: We value precision. We will personally email you to confirm your exact mailing address right before we ship, ensuring your package reaches you safely.

⚠️ Important Note: Hair & Accessories Not Included

Please be advised that the production fee for this 10-pack bundle covers the printed body parts (Head, Torso, and Legs) only. Hairpieces, hats, tools, and other specialized accessories are NOT included in the base price.

If your custom character requires specific headgear or accessories, please purchase them separately from their corresponding links in our store. We will package all your selected items together with your custom figures for final delivery.
