💳 Payment & Timeline (How It Works)

Our service is split into two clear steps to guarantee your satisfaction:

• 1. Design Phase (You are here): We charge the design fee ($100) first to begin your custom artwork. The design phase usually takes about 7 to 14 days.

• 2. Production Phase: Once you confirm and love the final design, we will charge the production fee ($200 for a pack of 10) before physical production begins. Production takes another 10 to 20 days.

• 3. Address Confirmation: We know timelines can shift. We will personally email you to confirm your exact mailing address right before we ship them out, ensuring your package arrives exactly where you are!

🔄 Design Proof & Revisions Policy

To ensure the highest quality and fastest delivery, your custom design fee includes up to three (3) rounds of free minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, facial expression tweaks, logo sizing).

Please note: * A completely new reference photo or changing the entire outfit style after the initial design has started is considered a new design and will incur an additional fee.

• Any further revisions beyond the 3 free rounds will be billed at $15 per round.

What You Get with This Purchase: A high-resolution digital blueprint of your character, optimized for professional UV printing, and the peace of mind knowing exactly what your final figures will look like before physical production begins.

⚠️ Note on Design Scope & Accessories:

This Digital Design Service covers the custom artwork for the figure’s face, torso, and legs only. It does NOT include custom 3D modeling for hair, hats, or other specialized accessories.

If your character requires a specific hairpiece or headgear, we will match it with our available standard models during the design preview. To receive the physical accessories with your order, please make sure to purchase them from their corresponding links in our store.
