This item is a custom accessory for a toy minifigure, consisting of a flag mounted on a small, grey flagpole with a base.

The flag itself is a representation of the banner of the Spanish Falange (Falange Española), which was the fascist political party in Spain during the era of Francisco Franco.

The design of the flag is historically specific and symbolic:

• It features a red field with a black vertical stripe along the hoist (the side closest to the pole).
• In the center of the black stripe is the primary emblem of the Falangist movement: the yoke and arrows (yugo y flechas). This symbol, dating back to the 15th-century Catholic Monarchs of Spain, was adopted by the Falange to represent a unified and imperial Spain.

This flag is strongly associated with the Spanish Blue Division (División Azul), as many of the volunteers in that unit were members or supporters of the Falange party. It is often used with minifigures representing those soldiers.
